All About The Clit!

A gold, metal life-sized clitoris as big as the palm its held in, showing the glans, legs & bulbs of the clitoris.

Did you know this is the approximate REAL SIZE & SHAPE of a clitoris? Yes, you read right!

A clitoris is like an iceberg - most of it is hidden. It's actually as big as the palm of your hand!

The clitoris is made up of:

  • the head (glans) - the bit you can easily see
  • the hood (the bit that cover the glans)
  • the shaft (corpus cavernosum)
  • two bulbs (vestibular bulbs)
  • and two legs (crura)

AND...All of it can generate pleasure! The clitoris' sole purpose is to give us pleasure!  Thank you very much! 😀😀

However, for some, the clit can be painful or too sensitive to touch because the nerves have become damaged. In most cases, this damage is completely reversible. The body is amazing like that 🎉 Read on for more info...

Numbness and hyper-sensitivity are due to trapped energy creating little pockets of 'armour', meaning that energy can't flow properly and that includes sexual energy - our life force!

All is not lost...by releasing the armour through gentle de-armouring and feeling and expressing any emotions that are associated with it, the body can release the energy, dismantle the armour and pleasure can start to flow again!

De-armouring of the pelvis and yoni, so that sexual energy and pleasure can flow easily through your body, is a big part of what my Sexual Awakening For Women programme covers. Click the button below to learn how to de-armour your own yoni.

Self De-armouring Guide

In the womb, the penis and clitoris start off the same and you can see in this diagram on the right how similar they are. Both have a glans (head), a shaft, bulbs and legs. The whole organ is pleasure-creating, so when self-pleasure or adore another, include the full extent of these beautiful organs in your caressing!

The legs of the clitoris lie under the labia (lips), so gently massage the labia all the way from the side of clitoris down to the perineum and back up again. Repeat and vary your touch. Try gently rolling the labia in your fingers - being exceptionally careful to use light pressure until the yoni-owner asks for more.

Take your time and be fully present.

Being full present (giving your undivided attention to something) makes a HUGE difference to the experience of the receiver! And being present is a key tool in becoming a great lover. So, practise clearing your mind and giving your receiver your full focus every time you are intimate with someone (including yourself!)

Here's a closer look at the female arousal organs, showing how the whole of the clitoris, urethral sponge and perineal sponge get fully engorged with arousal. This is when you know a woman's body is aroused - her whole yoni swells up & gets juicy! If she isn't fully engorged, her body needs more time...more awakening. As my friend Temple of the Feminine says, "when the yoni is fully open and ready to receive she will come alive and physically invite you in using a soft sucking motion".

The image on the left shows the clear difference between an un-engorged yoni and en engorged one.

Some women struggle to reach this level of arousal and that's when sex can feel dry, painful or numb. Sex when the yoni is not fully engorged, generally isn't great sex. Women can feel bored, disinterested and distracted during sex when the yoni isn't fully engorged.

My yoni never used to get this engorged - or very rarely. My head was too busy to let my body fully relax and my inner critic relentlessly giving me a hard time, making it difficult to let go. Orgasming was hard and sex wasn't very enjoyable.

Thankfully that all changed! And now my yoni gets engorged, super juicy and sex is really enjoyable again! If you want to know how I brought about this change, read about my Sexual Awakening For Women programme. Sexual Awakening For Women is a programme for women who want juicier yoni's and better orgasms. Click the button below to learn more.
